The Holiday Sitter (2022)
Wholesome
If you watched any xmas holiday film especially from Hallmark you know what you're getting into. If you aren't into the year 2022 then go back to the era of slavery and get over yourself. If you wanna watch a cookie cutter no thought move to escape I would recommend. Nothing serious and the comedy and quips are well written and well delivered. No overcomplicated drama or tragic backstory.
The story is about a man who can't seem to get a second date that due to last resort has to babysit his Niece and Nephew while his sister and her husband pickup their new adopted baby. Due to the lack of maternal instincts has to get assistance from the neighbor.
Bros (2022)
Movie worth watching
Not many movies have interesting retrospective. In glad this was opened to a wide audience and not many new movies with lgbt representation on TV or movies. This movie is a great reminder of how complacent we have become and how many divisions there are in the rainbow community. A must watch at least once and worth the ticket price.
The comedy is solid and was a great because the lives of our rainbow community is different than the rest. It would good if there were more rainbow perspectives and fun if it would be branch off with multiple spin off.
I support this movie and all that it represents.
Queer as Folk: Problemática (2022)
Spoilers worst episode yet
I enjoyed the cast but storyline for mingus is ridiculaus. As a 17 year old with an emotionally accepting mother there is no way that Mingus didnt get the rainbow talk. Especially since their drag mother it makes no sense. After this episode I don't believe the show had any of the cast/ppl use a condom. Even the old show popped out condoms the first episode. If they were going to do thst story then they could have done hsv aka herpes instead.
Fire Island (2022)
Little biased
I enjoyed the movie. It was no documentary like I thought but glad to see minorities in a rom com. Predictable is just you watching too many movies. Also for those that don't like the commentary of the slight racism then welcome to the BS we have to deal with.
If you liked this watch "Eat With Me."
Equal (2020)
Education for a new generations
A mix of old style educational videos but for a new generation. This is meant for people of the younger RAINBOW Community. It helps with translating the new terms and words for a younger people that wouldn't understand otherwise. If you can have an open mind and spread the word what matters is the information. We have older videos and newer video. There are a few times where is odd when the character actors speak to the audience. But that is only a little jarring but not frequent.
