eh it's fine I guess

It's okay. Not the greatest. Bit overhyped in my opinion.

Worth it for the bonus scene
11 March 2020
Entertaining! Was surprised by where the story ended up going at times. Finished the game the first time through in 20-25 minutes. Will be playing back through to get to the other endings

Rick Steves' Europe (2000–2023)

Great travel show
5 September 2018
I enjoy watching Rick travel around Europe. He's a little cheesy at times, but I think he gives good recommendations and advice about things to do instead of just sticking to the super touristy spots everyone already knows about.

When I was planning my next trip to Europe, I found it useful watching his episodes to plan my itinerary. And it's comfortable watching just to have in the background. I've learned a lot from watching his show.

Bob is the best
26 January 2018
Amazing show. Anytime I need cheering up or just want to relax, I can turn it on and enjoy time with Bob. He's so encouraging and positive.

His paintings looks amazing, even though I've never tried sitting down with oil paints and attempting them myself.

decent

Pretty decent. not the best movie ever but not the worst.

the soundtrack is meh.

the acting's pretty good.

overall I don't know that I'd recommend it, but if you want to see it, you can probably go ahead and do it.

Good introduction to a serious and relevant problem
24 March 2017
As someone who works in software development and is actively thinking about diversity, very little in this documentary was new to me. I was surprised by how few schools teach computer science and was surprised by the historical change that occurred in the 1980s that drove women away from CS as the stereotype of the computer nerd arose. I feel like this documentary is very approachable and non-biased and would be a good introduction to anyone who either hasn't heard about diversity problems in tech or is not sure how big a deal the problem is.

Hopefully it inspires people to think about ways to solve this problem and get involved.

Great cooking show
1 November 2015
Warning: Spoilers
America's Test Kitchen is a great cooking show that is practical and entertaining. While not quite as fun as watching Alton Brown on Good Eats, the test kitchen chefs give you tried and tested tips for cooking and baking American classics and explain the science of food and cooking along the way so that you understand why they're doing what they're doing.

I enjoy that the recipes and instructions are geared towards the average home cook, someone without a lot of fancy gadgets and who doesn't have hours to spend in the kitchen. The segments where they rate kitchen gadgets they've tested and food they've taste-tested are very valuable to someone who's still a novice at cooking.

Overall this is a great show for someone who enjoys food shows or is learning how to cook or how to improve their favorite meals.
